in Bankruptcy, Litigation, Receiverships, and Evictions. This specialization allows

Firm attorneys can effectively and expeditiously represent mortgage lenders in all Bankruptcy Courts throughout Florida. Insurance Defense Litigation and Subrogation
The firm handles defense matters on behalf of self-insured corporations, insurance carriers and their policyholders
throughout the State of Florida. Our seasoned and experienced attorneys have provided representation in matters
ranging from products liability to construction defects and premises liability to automobile collisions.
Additionally, Robertson, Anschutz & Schneid provides representation to self-insured corporations, insurance carriers
and third-party administration on all subrogation matters, personal and commercial, including fire, auto and
overpayment/erroneous payment of benefits as well as "double-dipping." With a staff of six hundred employees in its
Florida office alone, the firm is able to progress each file swiftly and efficiently from initial investigation to resolution.
Subrogation files are handled on a contingency/reduced hourly/blended or flat fee basis depending upon the
individual matter. While attorneys and staff are available for consultation and questions at all times, the need to
request the status of a file is unnecessary. Clients have online "real-time" access to the status of each and every file
at all times.
